Nadia centre manager and her team were fantastic to meet, the centre was welcoming and organised. I was so impressed with how the team interacted with the children and how many activities were available to them. I was especially impressed with Nadia remembering every childs name who approached her to say hello.
Love our center. I feel like we can never move because we struck gold. Irushi is the most wonderful educator and room leader. She clearly just takes her role so seriously, and we have seen our child bloom in her care. Learning through fun, educational and play based activities is amazing. I love seeing the wonderful learning plans and then see the pics of how they come to life and how the kids enjoy them. There’s also clearly priority on joy and emotional support. Center management Nadia and Lina are great. They’re both friendly and warm, but also really on the ball so I have faith that all compliance and procedures are being followed to the highest degree. All educators who have cared for my child - especially Irushi, Amanda, AJ, Jack, and Maryam - are just wonderful.nnI was also pleased with the response from leadership in the horrible period this year when the news came out around the bloke who was doing horrible things at daycares around Melbourne didn’t happen here - but it was scary to think it could happen at allnnThere was a Q&A with the CEO for parents to attend within the week. They also explained in detail everything they do to protect kids and I was happy with all of their procedures, but also increased measures they put in following.nnIt’s family owned and the founder is a mum so so feel like I trust it more than the ones run by men in suits as just a money making venture.
We’ve had the pleasure of sending our children to Explorers Elgar Road since it first opened, and we couldn’t be happier with our decision. Our daughter, Imogen, has been there since the beginning, and our son, Hendrick, has been attending for about six months now. The staff at Explorers have been consistently wonderful throughout, and it’s clear they truly care for the children.nnBoth Imogen and Hendrick always look forward to their days at Explorers, and it’s such a relief to know they are in a safe and nurturing environment. We love that we can trust the teachers to provide a fun, engaging, and supportive experience for them each day. It’s comforting to see both our children so happy and excited to go each morning. We can wholeheartedly recommend Explorers Elgar Road to any family looking for a caring and reliable childcare setting.
Our Son recently started at Explorers in Surrey Hills Elgar Rd and both my husband and I have been amazed at the quality of the care and attention he receives from the staff, the brand new facilities and the communication.nnThis was his first real experience being left at childcare and knowing that he was being well looked after made this process so much easier for all of us.nnI love the daily updates we receive and the weekly newsletter because I can see my son exploring and discovering but also interacting with staff and other children.nnI would not hesitate to recommend EEL Surrey Hills Elgar Road, thanks Fabi and team!
Amazing centre! The team really are a team and go above and beyond for all the children and families! Absolutely love this workplace and the people within it! Would definitely recommend to friends looking for amazing care for there little ones!
