Recently toured the service with my partner! Was very impressed by the warm atmosphere and environment. Everyone was so friendly and made us feel welcomed. The Leadership Team were so supportive and each member answered all of our questions.nExplorers Essendon seems like the place to be!
Explorers Essendon has a great warming and friendly environment when you enter the service, management team, centre manager are welcoming and make you feel at home constantly,nAnd are very humble, caring, the smile is always on their face. Always ensure their educators are well looked after and are being herd and always supportive, and are very encouraging and keep their educators motivated to be better, and continue to give our children and families the best high quality practice. management team are always willing to listen to any issues may rise or if we need support with anything. Explorer Educators are very attentive to children’s needs , and always at children’s level meeting children’s needs at all times , communication and interaction with children and staff together is outstanding as that what keeps a great foundation of our service a welcoming fun atmosphere and environment to be in.
We started at Explorers Essendon in 2022, it is such a friendly and caring community. No matter how busy the day is, you’re always greeted by educators and management with a warm welcome.nnThe educators are caring and put a lot of effort into getting to know your child and building a relationship with them. The lead educators in the room plan learning activities that are highly engaging and quite often my son comes home and mimics the play. The centre also offers families curriculum plans, parent teacher interviews and progress monitoring.nnThe leadership team is approachable, professional and open to feedback. They create events so families can connect and get to know each other.nI look forward to my second child starting at Explorers Essendon in 2025.
As a mum, I'm thoroughly impressed with the education provided at Explorers Early Learning Essendon. The curriculum is engaging and diverse, designed to nurture curiosity and learning in young minds. My child loves going to 'school' every day and always has exciting new things to share at home. The educational standards here are truly top-notch!
The educators! They are absolutely amazing. My kids are so well cared for, their thirst for knowledge and fun is nurtured and every day is their favourite day, they cannot wait for the next. I have so much love and respect for the educators, I cannot rate them high enough! They are creating such beautiful memories with all the kids and I know my kids are learning so much as they have the best fun with all their friends because they tell me every day!
