Great experience. Abdul was friendly, helpful and explained what was needed. The car I hired with scratches and a few dings, however it was very clean inside and functioned well. Happy to hire from them again.

If you want to rely on having a vehicle when you make a booking, and efficient service, don't come here. Made a reservation 3 days in advance. Vans looked to be in good repair on arrival, but they opened 20 minutes late with a customer waiting to return a car saying "you always sleep in! you're always late!" Didn't bode well. After asking us to wait as he processed 3 other customers very slowly, service representative says our reservation "isn't here in the book." To his credit, he tried to help us by standing and staring at the book, hoping our names would appear. Useful. We won't be back.

Worst car rental ever!! Been in contact with them a few times, Indian guy on the phone always super rude. Still they were close by, so I decided to use them. Indian guy says you need a credit card. I give him my CC, he says no Amex. Well this is the only CC I have, just use my normal bank card for the deposit. But no he doesn't want to do it. So there is no way I can rent a car here, even though I have a credit card, what a joke this shop is. Indian guy was so rude, he just wanted to get rid of me because they were closing soon.

Inexpensive. Good van. Great service. It was very hot, so the guy gave my wife a bottle of water because he didn't have access to a tap where she could refill. They are obviously a small business - doesn't have the efficent feel of the big companies, but sometimes I actaully prefer that. Will go back.
