0 information on my parcel, not an email or text to say it is out for delivery or that they attempted to deliver it and i wasnt home, wich i could have been if i were notified it was coming. Then ignored on emails and phone calls, i am still unaware where my $1000 package is
Their tracking is okay. My consignment has been “on hold” for the last few days with no information on why or whats caused the delay.nnOrder coming from Sydney to Brisbane. “In-transit” for 8 days.nnI placed a second order 3 days after the first one with the same business and it was delivered 3 days later on another courier.nnMuch like my order, I have been waiting on them to pick up the phone for an hour.nnThey do not answer emails.nnZero faith in this service at this point.
I've used EWE Group for a few overseas deliveries and they have been nothing but professional, helpful and easy to deal with.
