A small place in the Lyttleton market. Loved the food here. Near authentic Indian food and was also filling. They've some cheap lunch deals as well. Worth a visit but it's too far from the city.

The communication was extremely poor. They appeared more interested in taking phone calls then servicing you. We placed order, apparently from the Take away menu, even though it was pretty obvious that we were having the meal at the restaurant. When we were leaving we were stopped at the door and demanded to pay an additional cost because we had our meal in the restaurant. The food was great but customer services extremely poor. Not recommended, sorry.

We checked the menu on their website before going to get an idea of the price range. We were surprised to see the prices on the menu in the restaurant were all about $4.50 higher than on the website. When I asked about It, i was told that the website had the takeaway prices which are less than the cost of dining in.

This is a great place to eat in or get a takeaway. It is clean, friendly, tasty and has a good range on the menu. Highly recommend the Lamb Jalfrezi and the Palak Paneer.
