Great gear, lovely staff, shame about delivery timings. Rachael was amazingly helpful at helping me put together the package that I needed for my event. Especially given they were having website issues that meant not all of their gear was available to view online. The quality of their gear is great! My only complaint would be that delivery was several hours after it was arranged to be delivered, and hasnt been picked up yet (despite ringing to confirm this morning). For the weekend delivery fees and great communication in the lead up to the event I was really hoping this would continue to run as smoothly, but was really their only reason not to give them all 5 stars.

I recently hired some quickshades and other gear for a 21st birthday party. Event rentals were sensational right from the order, through to the delivery and then pick up. The equipment was clean and in first rate condition. The team at event rentals answered all my questions and couldn't have been any easier to work with. I would highly recommend them and am definitely using them again.

I couldn't be happier with the marquee hire I got from Event Rentals. Everything was in great condition and clean ready for us to use. The delivery service and pick up more than lived up to my expectations. The saying "You really get what you pay for" couldn't have been more true. I strongly refer Event Rentals for any party hire in Brisbane.
