there was a rat crawling along the chairs while i was trying to enjoy a film. Disgusting would not go again my kids were screaming and so was i. Absolutely appalling for what I expected. they do not clean the floors after each movie, they are supposed to be clean food everywhere all over the floors staff are very careless.
I went to the 1pm session of Twisters on Saturday 27th June in cinema 4. The air conditioning was set to arctic condition cold. I and another patron went to complain to the very young staff there and was told there was nothing they could do because the cinema air conditioning is connected. Another patron in the cinema left the movie and returned with a blanket. This is completely unacceptable. It was the most unpleasant movie experience I have ever had and the comfort of your patrons should be of the utmost priority. Not a single staff member even came to check the cinema after the complaints. Not acceptable.
Food was atrocious. We spent about $150 on food alone, the only decent food was the hot chips. Our first two pizza choices were unavailable so we opted for the pepperoni and it smelt like dog meat. The cheese platter was meant to be a selection of soft and hard cheeses but we only recieved three dodgy cheddars that were all different colours.nI never ever complain, but for the cost of the food, the quality was far below par.nHoyts Charlestown is less than half the cost and the food far exceeds event cinemas.nWe won’t be back.
Watched GodzillaXKong The New Empire with my 21yr old daughter in Gold Class and as usual Not Disappointed. AMAZING Atmosphere and would Highly recommend Gold Class for that special occasion as it's more of a treat than an every time Cinema Experience. Amazing customer service and a very clean Cinema.
Went to see Oppenheimer in Gold class. Fantastic service, great sound comfortable seats. It really is worth spending the extra money for a first class experience
