I’m not usually one to put a bad review somewhere but we went to go watch Avatar Way of water and we were sitting there for over 40min past the waiting time? not to mention we didn’t even get told that there was a projector problem, so we were just sitting there. Our cinema had a group of boys who were destroying the place with food and bashing the seats, the staff didn’t care. We all got refunds at the end, kinda thought more communication and effort would be put in
Not the best theatre around, but local and handy on the Kapiti coast. Clean and presentable, seats are comfortable enough to enjoy a 3hour+ movie
Cute lovely theatre. Quality seating. Sound system can be little better, but not bad enough to complain. Lovely locality and nice mall to hang around before and after movie.
As you would expect a cinema. Not arcade expensive food. Easy access and normally enough car parks. Relatively small rooms. Guiding lights for the part for cinema 1 are very portly placed and left on throughout the movie which causes a lot of light in your vision if you are in wrong seats.
Booked online, which made for a very short wait when we arrived at the cinema. Signing up to cinebuzz gave me awesome discounted seat prices. The theatre was clean and very comfortable , kids were impressed and so was I.
Really nice customer service person. He was very helpful and really pleasantly engaged with what we were asking.
Great little cinema, great sound, comfortable seating, add ons are a bit pricey.
Tickets were cheap because of being an event cinemas member & special was on so $20 for me & my niece. Food was average. Seats good. Bathroom seemed to be reasonable standard of cleanliness. Customer service was okay defs not exceptional. Overall experience was average but would still recommend good whanau environment when I took my niece to see Sing 2 today, so on that note have given my review a 4 star review.
I recently went to the movies with a few girlfriends and I must say the young staff were wonderful as I was making up my mind what I wanted to buy food wise. They didn't look frustrated as I took my time looking for the best deal. The staff were very warm and professional. Great experience! Well done.
Nice theater, has all the latest releases. Slow service, usually only one staff on duty so queues to get tickets & snacks - best to order/book tickets online and take in confectionery so no queueing...
