I would say, compare to the price their facilities is not good. In V-Max section I found- Average seat quality, alright sound system and at this place I found the food facility really poor but they are charging us the same as any other good Events Cinemas. Sad!
The cinema was great, the staff were friendly but please change the soap in the restrooms. They leave your hands smelling like puke.
Very clean, less crowd and great place for family time. Good food after movie is an added advantage.
Gold Class is just average. The service and staff were really friendly and prompt, but the cinema needs a re-vamp to get back it's Gold Status. Smashed glass pane as you walk in sets the scene. Reclining chairs are hard as a rock and not comfortable. Time for an upgrade guys.
Clean and comfortable theaters. Must try Gold Class at least once. More expensive than other cinemas but good when you want to see a first run movie.

Just like most event cinema, could use some upgrades to seating. Gold class is brilliant.
Love attending movies here now under the covid restrictions. Easier to get good seats when I want, easier booking online and cheaper overall due to the specials. Before covid we rarely attended due to crowds and cost. Choc tops are epic as well.
