Range of movies at best price in Canberra. Cleaning standard is not as good , possibly because of the low number of staff. Check seats before sitting on them.
To go place for movies given the low price. But once I had to pull up my phone and turn on the flash to reckon on how dirty the seats were. Staff is friendly and welcoming.
Nice place and good staff
Nice vibrant hall. Very easy to find right in the middle of Manuka opposite the oval. Reasonable priced tickets. Great for family get away. Close shops and restaurants. Plenty of cafes just around the corner.
Lovely old cinema with a good collection of movies to watch and a good candy bar. My old complaint is if you need to go to the bathroom during a movie it’s a hike and lots of stairs to wrangle with kids if you’re trying to be quick. I took the lift but it didn’t feel the safest so took the stairs on the way up.
Ahhh Capitol Cinemas Manuka. Pros: cheap tickets, good location and a diverse range of movies. Popcorn is nice and you can get a beer with your movie these days. Cons: you can hear the film playing in the next cinema and the church bells when the ring across the road. Seats are a bit dated.
