Great staff very nice and prices are competitive, was offered help by 3 different staff who were able to offer their expertises.
Great selection of naturopathic items, herbs and tonics, some of which are near impossible to procure elsewhere in Australia. This is a wonderful reflection on the staff's depth of knowledge and willingness to stock items their competitors don't. Prices are pretty fair too.
The staff, Briony & Amy are especially helpful and very knowledgeable. Love this store.
I was lucky enough to be a staff member at EFN for years and it was a pleasure. The positive experiences from customers are a reflection of how happy everyone is to work there. I still shop here for my products and am always happy to support a small business that supports their staff and their customers.
I had been super confused about which protein supplement to take due to certain allergies. Staff here were so patient with me, they explained each every option and how I could get the right results. I will always be revisiting this place.

Really helpfull and knowledgeable and when she wasnt a 100% confident did the research to make sure what she was telling me was correct and right for me. Shows how they go above and beyond to make sure its right for you not to just make a sale.
Having traveled the world a fair bit I must say we Aussies have customer service right down pat...! This store on Clarendon St is no exception. The only exception is the thorough knowledge of the staff and their willingness to share it. This goes a long way in demonstrating their passion for the job. Yea I suppose 9 out of 10 are happy one might unfortunately miss out on the day but that's not because the staff is lazing around infact they are going above and beyond to meet every customers wide range of expectations. My experience as a customer of 5 years has been spot on and even though I travel I always return for my top up at this very store. Yep they might not have everything but they work with the city store to bring it over. Apologies for the rambling but I reckon it's important to note and recognize the efforts of the staff.
