Had two technicians fit a new motherboard to my 3 month old Sony Bravia. I found them prompt and courteous. The second technician attended only to assist the removal of the TV 75 inch, from the wall mount.

The team at European Electronics are 1st Class all the way.  Took my Sony Amplifier to have it looked at, found a set of dry joints and failing capacitors, which explained why the unit was not performing at its best.  I was called once the review of my Amplifier was complete, fully explained what the issues were, what was required to repair the unit and the cost for parts, labour etc, all very reasonable.  My Amplifier is now back home working like new.....perhaps better thanks to the team, great workmanship, clear concise explanations and very reasonable cost.  Most highly recommended for your repairs, thank you team extremely happy customer....

I was recommended this place due to it being an accredited Sony dealer. Took my Sony HiFi system due to the disc tray being jammed. Although it took them over a month to get back to me regarding the repair, Shane whom I spoke to was very understanding and even gave me a discount as a goodwill gesture. The lady at the front deskcan't remember her name was very pleasant and friendly when I went to collect my unit. Overall I had a fantastic experience with them and would highly recommend them for any repair/service for Sony products. 5 stars definitely for you guys  Happy Customer  Denver

I spent a lot of money to repair an 83 inch OLED TV from Sony and I couldn't have chosen any better than European Electronics to do the repairs.  In addition to very quick delivery of the panel from overseas to replace mine, they were also courteous to give me a discount despite rising prices of the part.  I have to call out Wayne in particular with his 50+ years of history in servicing TVs who made the whole process breezy, informative and highly entertaining. Anna and Lucy were also very friendly and helpful in organising the repairs as well!  I had nothing but a positive experience from start to finish. Thank you European Electronics :.

After trying a number of other repairers, the folk at European Electronics analysed the root cause of our B and O Beo 5 not working properly. It was a motherboard issue and they got down and dirty to repair it. Been perfect since being reinstalled at home. Angelo kept us informed over the past months as they looked for the solution. Always professional and courteous, and reasonably priced for the effort they put into the fix.  Would happily recommend them for their expertise.

Panasonic informed us we needed to take our microwave to European Electronics for assessment as a warranty claim. That we did, 2 weeks after dropping the microwave off I called and was informed a tech had not yet looked at it, another week went by, I called again I was informed it was now sitting with Panasonic for approval. I received a call from Panasonic the following week informing me repairs ad been approved. I waiting another week and called European Electronics to be informed my repairs had been approved and I needed to wait another 7-10 days. That I have, I called European Electronics this morning to be informed the parts had arrived and I will receive a call back to inform me how long it will take to repair. I have found this entire experience appalling, and if I had my time again will definitely not be taking anything to this company again.

I took my Sony tv to European electronics for repair, from the moment l called them the whole team was extremely helpful.  They went above and beyond by calling Sony about the issue, with Sony agreeing l didn't have to pay for the part. Thank you European electronics.  I'd easily recommend you guys

Had my Sony A7r3 and A7S3 sensors properly cleaned here. When the head of service took the time to came to the lobby to talk with me about the issues involved, I was convinced I was at the right place.

I have dealt with European electronics couple of times they are very professional they saw my tv picked up fault right away very knowledgeable staff especially Alex very polite and professional best service staff around they know their suff

Unfortunately it was not a good outcome. They were very behind with their repairs and I ended up taking my unit back. However the owner did phone and apologise which showed good manners. I would probably give them another try when the time comes. 21/4/2023 Second time around and it was a complete success. They restored my Technics sound system as if it were new again. Angelo the owner also followed up with a phone call to extend the warranty. Nice personal touch and worth the wait. Would highly recommend to others.
