Very bad customer service. Disconnected the phone and asked me to go to another company, when I asked him few questions and whether he could do anything better in the price ... Funny

If I could give a zero or even a minus rating for this company, then I would. This company is shifty, disgusting and an absolute disgrace to the industry! Absolutley rude and unorganised people/company. Raffael is an absolute crook who takes advantage of people...steals your deposit and illegally installs shutters in areas that he is not supposed to (due to new estate guidelines) and then lies about it when you provide proof of his wrong doing. Even had the decency to swear at me and hang up the phone on my face, after he was the one that was in the wrong. Money hungry thief!!! Clearly does not care about, customers, guidelines or his own reputation... just wants to rip you off and take your money! If you want a lying, rude crook to illegally install shutters for you, then he is your man. Do not trust this company or the lies that come out of Raffaels mouth! Definetely DO NOT recommend! Stay away! Disgrace to the industry and himself.

Please do not trust this company!! Disgusting customer service, I rang to enquire about servicing my roller shutters, the rudest person answer the phone and was unhelpful and very rude! Please go to a Buisness that value its customers. Saty away!!!

i had my shutters installed 8 years ago by europe and wanted to change manual one to motorised. the response was instant and within 24hours i had two tradies turn up and put a motor in and wire it up.I am very happy to recomend this company to everyone.
