The staff was really friendly. The check-in and check-out was fast. They even can fit the baby car seat for you. It's only 25-30mn walk from Circular Bay.

Never again! This car we reserved was not available. The car we got was very dirty somewhat covered in dog outside fur and rubbiah on the inside. The guy processing our booking took ages to type in the details. Waiting for him in a dark and loud parking garage was very disappointing. The guy didnt even know what a GLE, GLA or a B CLASS. It was so much better at Melbourne airport.

Don't go, service is so bad and we have to wait for more than one hour to get the car. Sucks!

Don’t go! Terrible system, waited more than 1 hour but still didn’t get car yet. Try other companies, a few hundreds meters away!!
