Unprofessional ! A man on the desk gave me the paper saying that the car was in perfect state with no damage before even I could see it. They let you go to your car alone in the garage with no lights and discover by yourself all the scratches. The navigation system they gave me was broken, had to ask for another one, which I discovered later was not up to date by 1 whole year and couldn't identify full portions of the A1. Worst rental service I've ever witnessed.

unhelpful！ I arrived early and asked the counter to check for me if I can revise the booking and pick up the car earlier and happy to pay extra. The gua is even unwilling to make a call. All he can do is keeping telling me that he can't do anything !!!then why u are here!

Awful customer service !! Rude employees Fake prices Delay to deliver services Overall the WORST place to rent cars !! They took forever for a basic rental! When in there, after waiting for over an hour they didn’t have cars !!! After “checking again” they gave us a random car that we didn’t ask for, without checking damages or explaining the differences to drive!! We notice that the car was impossible to drive, after turn off and having issues with turn on we decide to change the car less than 30 min after leaving the awful car park !!! They really can not care less for Customers!! Definitely go to other rental and place !! “Saving” some dollar could finish in an terrible day with a lot of headaches !!!

Despite the negative review I still think Europcar City, Central and Darling harbour branches provided the best service ever, being a member for almost a year the staffs are helpful and efficient the quality of the vehicle are one of the best in town. Especially thanks to Chris, Clearance, Phillip and Arsalan. See you guys soon !

The queue to pickup a car I paid several hundred dollars for was over an hour long. The expedient was the slowest ever and the manager decided to only have one employee on work on a Saturday. Worst service ever, find another place to rent your car.
