Not sure why all the reviews are so bad, I wanted a car for the next day, popped into the office: all sorted no problems, guy behind the desk super helpful and friendly ...next day picked up car no hassle, and drove straight out of the hotel car park into central Sydney. Perfect.

I got the car one hour later of my booking, so I started my trip very late. The place is very disorganized, and when I returned the car the next day nobody was in the office to check the car, so I had to take photos of the condition of the car. I had to call to the airport office to finish my booking. The whole experience was frustrating. I don't recommend this office at all. :(

Can I give half a star....Worst experience I've ever had hiring a car.. Guy was completely unhelpful. I asked to use the toilet 3 times with no direction or answer. . the place was a mess everywhere.. He wanted to charge me 4 times what I was quoted and pay in advance. when I queried it, he was grinning and spoke to me like I was an idiot, when I was told by Eurocar by two different people on the phone the opposite to what he was saying. Never go to the Artarmon office in Sydney his name which was almost impossible to get out of him was so he says anyway, is: Sams Farhan.. Ill complain but with the amount of complains this company has all over the whole who will care.. terrible Company..

We booked the car and no one showed up at the office. I called the company and the lady said there was no booking in the system. She later explained we made a booking last night so she didn't know and said that was the reason why there's nobody in the office. I wonder what the business hour is for then?? She was rude and unprofessional. I've been using Euro car in New Zealand and it is way better than Sydney in many ways. And next time please do tell replied your customer "but anyway I'm sorry" so you're saying it's not your fault. Good luck with running your business. You have ruined my whole trip that day. Thank you and goodbye Euro car Sydney. PS. Please tell your customer booking online doesn't help them anything!!!

Sometimes it's staffed during open hours, sometimes not. Staff had horrible English, very forceful and recites answers.
