These guys were fast , quick and eady to deal with. Special mention to Travis who went out of his way after hours to drop something to me at my boxing gym. He is a credit to your organisation amd shoukd be commended.nnThanks europcar!!!!!
I booked and paid for a hybrid car, but when I arrived, they told me there were no hybrid vehicles available and tried to give me a completely different car instead. I was then told, “If you don’t like it, you can cancel.”nIf this had been explained before payment, I would never have booked in the first place. I can understand being given a similar vehicle if something unexpected happens, but a hybrid and a non-hybrid car are not the same at all. I specifically chose and booked a hybrid for a reason.nThe staff member was extremely rude and claimed that, according to company policy, they are not required to notify customers in advance, and that they are not at fault even if the reserved vehicle is unavailable. The service was very unfriendly and unprofessional. In the end, I had to cancel, wasting my time completely.nTo make things worse, when I later checked my account, I found a 4-day booking on different dates that I never made. I only caught it by chance and managed to cancel it the day before. If I hadn’t noticed, who knows what would have happened?nThis was the worst car rental experience of my life. I strongly recommend going to a different branch or choosing another rental company entirely.
It was a last minute dash to Europcar Osborne Park as our original car rental booking was screwed up from another rental company. The staff who attended to us was extremely helpful, not only he was super patient, spending time on permutations of rental durations to get us the most affordable option but was super efficient in getting us what we preferred since we had luggages and young kids with us, scrambling for a car to move on to our next stop from Perth city.nnWe ended up paying one third less than our original booking from another company that screwed us up and had a complimentary booster seat for our young one.nnCertainly one of the most professional teams we’ve experienced and are really grateful for the staff’s great support that made our day!
Rented a Suv recently from Europcar via Discover Cars.nGood car.nGood price.nSimple pick up process.nChap on the counter was nice and helpful.nWould use Europcar agsin.nNo hesitation in recommending.
Be warned! These guys are scammers. I collected a car with damage and was told at drop off that there was nothing to worry about. 30 minutes after leaving, I received a damage notification email saying I was responsible for new damage.nnI have even sent photo proff that the damage was there at collection. I was fully insured so this would not cost me anything but out of principle, I am disgusted by the way they have conducted themselves.nnDO NOT USE EUROPCAR IN OSBORNE PARK
