Staff helpful went to collect rental car and arrived 2 hours early still had a vehicle for me
Beware the small print on using a debit card. The bond is $400 taken immediately on top of the hire cost. Then takes 2 to 3 days to give it back. Staff admitted this was only detailed in the small print. With a credit card the bond is $100 which is displayed quite prominently when you book on line.
Had a very smooth and easy interaction with the staff. In less 5 minutes I was out with the car. Really really nice experience. I would definitely recommend the service to others. This is called professionalism !!!

Very professional service
Went in at 8.30am after booking hire car through insurance and only 1 person working, was extremely busy, long wait. Very Poor service, should have more people working or use an automated process to speed things up.
Disgusting store! Treatment to my partner through your STORE was disturbing Wayne should not be allowed to manage the business. Legal action required!! DO NOT HIRE
4pm on a Friday afternoon called 3 times just to enquire about hiring a car for a week. I left messages, no answer, no return call. Then I read the reviews, apparently it’s their standard level of service. I thought that @europcar had better standards. I’ve now hired elsewhere, where they answer the phone.
