Excellent service. Julie who normally takes care of me is an excellent operator. Cars available are in good shape and well cleaned. However at times, you do not get the model you booked online.
Received a call 1h before the pickup, saying car is not available. The replacement car was offered not similar but smaller model....
The person working behind the desk is very friendly and helpful. Of course, it’s slightly more expensive than other rental areas and it does close early on Sunday. It’s a lot less crowded then the Europcar in the city
Cancelled order, DO NOT BOOK they cancelled my order then I was left with out van
Online check in promises the priority queue. In reality there is only a single queue for everyone. Including people that change their mind on the vehicle they want 10 times then try to get a free upgrade. I just want to pick up the keys and go.
OK not many cars. Slow service by chatty front desk person. Didn't like not being able to hire from here and leave car later at airport without incurring $45 penalty. A bit old world. Car nice. Clean and worked well. Horrible onboard navigation system which was testing. Convenient location. Near to petrol station.
Very good service! The perfect definition of customer service was shown by Julie. She was very helpful, patient and kind to all my queries. I would definitely be back to rent a car when in Melbourne. Keep up the good work!
