The friendliest staff and enjoyable experience swimming here regularly. 25 meter pool has both easy steps and a long ramp in and there is a smaller heated pool that I enjoyed over winter. Hot showers for warm-down that is so important to my arthritic joints. Always clean, and terrific hot chocolates.
Great little complex I use the gym which is small but has everything you need and never to busy. I'm there every day
Always ring to see what time the heated indoor pool is available for the public Monday and Thursdays we do our rehab exercises there. Rang 9.30 this morning and was told 11am to 3pm it was available. Got there at 12pm and was not available until 1pm. This has happened a lot and the staff should know the correct times instead of wasting peoples time, effort and money driving a distance to get there. So FRUSTRATING. Staff need to inform people the correct information.nThursday 18th April 2024
