Have receieved pretty much most of all my tax amount back every time, is very quick and easy to follow. Once the initial step is done the rest of the years to come is super quick and easy. Etax also have your information at the ready so if you dont know some answers, they will have the answers for you . Very quick and responsive, will respond within 6 hours from my experience.

I have been using Etax for 10 years. Every year I get something wrong and they fix it. I like using them even when they tell me I cannot claim things. At least then I know I won't be receiving a nasty call from the ATO. Always respond to my messages in a timely manner. That online chat while you fill out your form is great too. I used it this year and I had a response in less than a minute. Will always keep coming back. Keep up the good work.

My interactions with Etax Accountants have always been positive and they have always done their best to quickly help me with any issues that I might be having with my tax. The online format is quick and easy to use and removes most of the tax related headaches involved at this time of year.
