The service from staff and carer's is first class they are very compassionate and nothing was to much trouble for them. The food they serve is nothing short of first class my congratulations to the shefs. The games and entertainment that was available for client's to participate in were of high standard. We had a very positive experience with Estia Toorak Gardens for my grandmother’s respite stay. The staff were friendly, caring, and supportive throughout.nnA special thank you to Meera from admin , she was very responsive and helpful, keeping everything well organised. We truly appreciated the support and would highly recommend Estia Toorak Gardens.
This place is really lovely! The staff are so nice and I truly haven’t seen Mum and Dad this happy for a while. It’s been a long n rough journey, from hospital to other respite care to even the Pullman hotel in the city!!nWhat a lovely outcome finally seeing them smiling again! Thank you Estia Toorak Gardens!! It’s Dads 89th birthday on Sunday and they have just told me they are making a cake to celebrate!! How beautiful. Mira and the rest of the team… thank you from the bottom of my heart. My Parents are so special and I know you can see this too!
I am so please with the care and attention that the staff at Estia provide my grandmother. My grandfather recently passed away, and the care staff provided during his last days was above and beyond, for which I am so grateful. The staff truly care about their residents, with thoughtful activities, always smiling and happy to help in whatever way they can. Thank you for taking such good care of my grandparents!
My mother resided at Estia Toorak Gardens for 12 years in the MSU with Alzheimer's, she was the longest resident there. Her care was good by great staff and great meals. HOWEVER, when she declined into palliative care, it was under a new manager and it was confusing and distressing as the palliative plan was not apparent despite it being advertised on the Estia Website and there was a failure to communication to the family. I had to email my concerns to the manager to get some action, and ask that they start to implement their allleged palliative care plan, which was too little too late. Very disappointed in Mums final days and the cavalier attitude by the manager yet they insisted I do a Google review, so here it is.
