Since Michelle has not been in charge the attention to details has declined instantly, lack of experiences for residents, agency staff everywhere, staff are no longer given the tools and support to do their job. There is no one around so seems like less staff than before. A paint job and professional cleaning of windows does not help the residents or staff. Where are all the photos of the fun things residents used to do? The personality has gone and now is drab and unappealing and like any other building where as before with Michelle it had a community and homely feel where you felt welcomed and free to relax with your loved one now i feel nothing and we are looking elsewhere to place my loved one but nothing compares to what Michelle, Kacee and Hayley can bring to the table. Estia was perfect but now it is nothing under corporate rule

Not Impressed with their level of service - takes over 30 minutes (6:58pm to 7:31pm) to respond when resident rings the call button - specially after 6pm - hate to think what would happen if the resident is having a heart attack!!!
