Extremely happy when observed care provided to the residents of this place. Recently visited one of my family members whose comments made me rate this facility as one of the best in Adelaide. I have been to several nursing homes in Adelaide as a volunteer as well as a visitor to my various friends and family and based on my experience I would recommend everyone to trust this place in caring for your loved ones. All the staff members were found to be friendly, approachable and responsive.Well done to the CEO.
I am truly disappointed with Estia health daw park!! Coming from an aged care background myself, I have never seen such horrible staff in my career. Your staff need serious training in learning how to care with clients with dementia and not just brush it off as aggressive behaviours.nYou left my grandmother for a whole week with a fractured hip undiagnosed. And only Panadol to help with the pain.nYou’re management has discriminated against my grandma and my family for sticking up for ourselves. it’s beyond disgusting the way management treats the residents and family’s. Have some god dam respect and sympathy.nOne of the worst aged care homes in Adelaide
Have our father in this facility and could not be happier with his care needs and the compassion shown by carers and admin staff. Always kept inform regarding his health and medication changes. He loves the food and more so his glass of wine at night. Highly recommend Estia Daw Park, Keep up the good work.
The Phone Service here is terrible, Every time i try and call to speak to my Mum it can take over 5 phone calls to get threw to her.Always getting Disconnected.Please Make sure the Staff no how to connect from a Tranferred call. I can't see her as she has covid i would like to aleast speak to her.nNothing has changed got worse making my 8th call now trying to get threw,
