My mum has been a resident here since April this year & whilst it’s been a big change for her, the level of care she is receiving has been fantastic. The staff are so lovely & kind, they can’t do enough for mum which is a massive relief for the family. A big shout out to Cheryl Strachan who has been amazing in helping me to navigate all the paperwork, Centrelink & any other questions I have had. Nothing is too much trouble so thanks so much Cheryl. You are so kind.

To walk in and smell the fresh meals being cooked was just like walking into my own mums kitchen. Just arranged for our mother to become a resident here. The staff are truly helpful, couteous, caring and most of all friendly. The process has been made so much easier for us to arrange the care for mum that the stress and worry that we thought was going to be there just wasn't. Thank you again and we are really looking forward to being part of the family here.
Management and staff are very helpful and when I need anything for mum we always sit and talk about it and work out the best for mum.
