Best beauty appointment experience I’ve had! Amazing staff that really went the extra mile for me. I have sensory issues and am sensitive to bright lights and being touched. The woman who gave me tattoo make up did so much more than she had to, to make sure I was comfortable. They even moved the lights around so that it wouldn’t be too bright for me. The lash technician was so lovely and gentle with my lashes. All the staff seem so accepting and friendly! I will definitely be back.
Ear piercing for our child is the cultural , asked only mother to present not even father, uncle or aunt to view it from outside the room. Manager is not willing to talk to us, just bluntly saying no we cannot do it. Which is clearly not willing to accommodate customers request. This simple request is possible to perform, but the manager is not willing. We waited 30 minutes and filled in consent and selected all, just I have to cancel the event, since it’s not within my expectation. I feel in the front desk, someone should talk to the customers and review their choices and let us know how it will be done. This never happened. At least in future this shop should consider improving customer service. Australia is a multicultural nation, being polite and accepting other cultures would be good.
My daughter who is 6 years old had her experience of having her ears pierced ruined by a staff member at this salon. I filled out all required documentation and sent my sister to take my daughter after checking with staff that it was OK. The staff member said it was fine and my sister took her. When she got there they refused to do it and were so rude not offering any alternative and not even willing to speak to me on the phone. After my sister left I spoke to the manager who said there was miscommunication and they would do the service and the staff were not aware they could tain your staff. You ruined my daughters day and experience. Horrible person I will never walk in there again.

My wife and I decided to get our 2 year old daughter’s ears pierced. We got a warm welcome. They treated us with care the whole time. They gave very clear concise explanations about cleanup 6 weeks post piercing. Our daughter cried straight after the 2 ears were done but the girls doing the piercing immediately made themself scarce by leaving the room. We could console our daughter this way as it was a mild shock for her - the 2 girls approach was so autonomous for us and it seemed to work flawlessly. Our daughters ears are officially done. I couldn’t leave Westlakes without telling them they did such a good job so I did, and I’m happy to write this review. I didn’t catch all of the 3 girl’s names but they were all very caring and wonderful at their job. THANKS If our next baby is a girl, we’re bringing her thereService: Ear piercing
Tayla is a GODDESS!! I forget that I’m coming for a service and that I’m not there to hang out with a friend! She is always always bubbly, professional and respectful no matter the service, I will never ever go anywhere else! 10/10
The worst service. Left me waiting without any assistance while they served others. When I asked for help they said they’ll be with me in a moment then left me waiting again. When everyone had left the store, they still had me waiting so I walked out.
The lady that pierced my nose was super gentle and very professional I honestly didn't feel a thing, she knew what she was doing
Always happy when I come in to the salon all the girls are extremely helpful and so friendly.
Professional friendly staff, salon is always clean and smells lovely. Highly recommend
