I unfortunately the mistake of going back here after having my belly button done wrong which became infected about a year ago. I thought that in that time that the place may have changed, but I was wrong. This place is still not including the price of jewellery/aftercare spray in the initial payment that is done online plus general piercing prices are extremely expensive for such seemingly low quality piercing jobs - $83.95 for nose and also for both sides ear piercing. Also, the 'aftercare' solutions if you are even told of any have resulted in reactions to my piercings. The girl who did my nose and second earrings did not appear to be confident or trained very well, which is not her fault - it is the fault of whoever is in charge of training/employing. She seemed unsure and nervous of the placement of my nose piercing, and ended up pinching a nerve/blood vessel in my nose, causing it to bleed for hours after, and caused a constant stinging feeling for weeks after. The second ear piercings were not much better, the needle would not go through, and she accidentally pierced the side of my neck after shoving the needle through. Unfortunately, but not surprisingly, all piercings have become infected and I have had to take them out, which is extremely disappointing as I was looking forward to them, and it is also almost $200 down the drain, and now doctor's appointments to get antibiotics for the infection. Not to mention the awful pain that came with each of the piercings for the weeks after. Either employ quality, properly trained piercers who know what they're doing, or lower the prices significantly. It is disappointing that I have to write this review, as I know how popular Essential Beauty is, and the girls that work there are absolutely lovely people, and of course, I want to have a good experience here to get piercings, but something seriously needs to be done about the standards of training/employment/general practice here, otherwise more and more negative reviews will pour in, along with rather unhappy customers.Services: Ear piercing
NO RECOMMENDED FOR PIERCINGS! So I went to this place a while ago to get 2 nose studs and my experience was pretty good.. the staff were lovely. I had someone training/showing another staff member how to do it and I’m so, put the 2 studs in on different angles.. which was fine, I guess. They healed well, so I went back to get my vertical labret done. It was a different lady and wow. Not good. She moved my lip while it was in the clamp and in that moment I should’ve walked out, but she put the needle through my lip and it was done. Quite a painful piercing and it’s not even centre. I gave her the benefit of the doubt, maybe it’s swelling, you know? But now that it’s healed, it’s definitely to the left. I think she knew it wasn’t right, because she pulled all the girls out to see me as I left too. I haven’t gone back and I’m not going to. I’ve later gone to a real piercing studio and they’ve told me the exposed threading on the bar damages the sensitive tissue in your lip upon removal no matter what you do. So I’ve had to wait longer to change the bar as well. Not happy.
Iv had 3 piercings done at this place and 2 of them were messed up, a while ago I had my septum done and they pierced me in the wrong spot, and 2 days ago I went and had my helix done, they have pierce my vein, my whole ear is bright blue and I have to take it out, I know have to go through extra pain of taking it out and re doing it, it was my mistake trusting them after messing up the first time but I thought it would be hard to mess up a helix, they are all such lovely girls and I’m sure they were both accidents but honestly I here so many people having bad piercings from this place, I think they need to be extra carful and really make sure they are doing everything correctly as iv been notified that this could all of been avoided if they just checked with a flash light before piercing, I know they will re do it for me for free but I’m honestly to scared to go back. Got my nose pierced yesterday, after the swelling has gone down a little bit I can see they have pierced it wrong the marking was correct but instead of going straight in through the marked spot I feel she’s gone in downwards. It was very painful I’ve got my nose pierced already and have/had many piercings and nothing as painful as this.. the jewellery itself isn’t even staying in. Very upsetting for for something that costs over $120 No contact has been mad from the manager despite then replying to this to say they will contact me. So unprofessional will not be back and won’t ever recommend any family or friends to go here so disappointed.Service: Nose piercing
I see Sharee for all of my waxing, she is amazing and my go to. I won't see anyone else. She always does an awesome job and goes above and beyond. I always get compliments on my eyebrows. Highly highly recommend.Services: Waxing
Good thing about this store, they take walk ins and it’s very inexpensive. But when they say that your brows are sisters, not twins, well my brows aren’t even related after I walked out of there today. I barely have an actual eyebrow left with the other being over double in thickness. Good thing it’s only hair Service: Body waxing
Had 3 ear piercings and all were handled professionally and with the best amount of care. Sharee took time to explain after care and made it an easy and fast experience will definitely be back

I Went in and had 3 piercings done by Sharee. She was amazing, professional and made me feel very comfortable . The room was clean and sharee gave me lots of advice on the aftercare . And I appreciated the help with picking out jewlery . I will deffs be going back to see her for any future bookings : I love my piercings so much!
