I'm sorry and disappointed to have to leave this comment. I've been getting my full bikini waxed once a month at this shop for the last 6 months. For the first time, I left with blood dripping from the beautician's negligence at the end of the service. It's a sensitive area and it's the 1st time in 3 years of waxing that I've felt this pain... I had my hair removed on 26 May at 2pm. It's 11pm now: I'm still in pain and the blood is still flowing. I can't walk properly. I'm sorry because the previous waxings I've had in this shop have gone well, but I have to say that for $52.95 this service was neglected.Service:&nbsp;Body waxing

I have been seeing Shwe for about 7 years and for my opinion she is the best. I go to her for all my waxing as I find her very welcoming, friendly and professional. I wont go anywhere else except to see Shwe. I always find the shop clean and tidy when I walk in. I recently got my ear pierced and my daughther got her nose ring changed. Swayla is the best in Perth. I will not let anyone else near my eyebrows. She leaves the tint on cooking for plenty of time so the tint lasts weeks. She shapes my eyebrows perfectly not taking too much off as over the last few months we have been trying to grow my eyebrows thicker and they have improved so much since coming here. I’ve become a regular and she always remembers me and what’s going on In my life and we have a good chat whilst getting eyebrows done. I got my ear pierced yesterday they were very rough handling and I wasn’t not made aware of that a possible new trainee was piercing my ear, and when she was piercing my ear she put the needle in my ear and was forcing though to the point where my head was being pushed while piercing my ear, while I was getting my ear pierced there was on one talking me though what they where doing, the girl who was piercing my ear didn’t reassure me after getting it done she also sounded like she didnt wanna be there and sound like she was being rushed and made me uncomfortable, I would have like someone who spoke nicer and lively I would also like to add the unacceptable comment made by an employee asking the piercer to change a chest area piercing in front of two young clients, who didn’t need to know that personal information that could have been said after the clients left it was a very uncomfortable comment that could have been avoided and made me feel uneasy while I was laying in the chair, over all I would not recommend going to this essential beauty as I have had an unacceptable experience.
