I've been seeing Sarah May for the last 2 years now and she has saved my brows. No matter what kind of state they are in, I can trust they'll be looking perfect again after every single appointment. Catherine who did my nose piercing was excellent. She spent time calmly answering my many questions and made me feel calm and comfortable with the process. She was great at chatting to me and distracting me during the piercing which made me less nervous. Catherine was very quick, confident and professional with the piercing. I'm so happy with my nose piercing, perfectly positioned and looks great.
Absolutely love Essential beauty at Marion. I have been seeing Sarah May and Carol for a few years now and now my 3 daughters also go here. The customer service is excellent, Sarah Mayand Carol are so friendly and nothing is ever too much trouble. They are great with my daughters who were all anxious when they started their waxing journey. Highly recommended them for anyone wanting a good quality waxing or any other beauty service for that matter.
The piercer pierced my helix with a gun. I should've left this review six years ago and if the piercers have changed since then I'll take it down. I'm leaving the post now because the way my helix was pierced has caused issues this whole time. The pain immediately after was almost unbearable and it got so infected the earring itself would be covered in pus within hours of cleaning it. I had to use cotton buds and wound spray to keep it as clean as I could with a persistent infection. It's quite scarred at the back with a lump as pointed out by really nice people at a different essential beauty. I didn't know any better and if I did I'd have walked out as soon as she mentioned using a gun. I can't remember her name but I hope she found a different profession.
Absolutely hopeless. 5 people in line in store waiting for some sort of service. 3 of us ended up leaving as the staff member kept answering calls and tending to the callers instead of simply placing them on hold and addressing those of us who were there waiting. Priorities definitely not right.
Extremely recommend Diaz and Barbara very careful and extremely caring even things turn serious with potential rejection/infection. The care and empathy I have received has been above and beyond. I can’t thank you both enough, fingers crossed it continues to improve.
Catherine was so lovely to deal with yesterday! She was very knowledgeable about the services and products, gave me all correct pricing and was very calm and professional throughout. I got 2 ear piercings and she placed them so perfectly and evenly on both ears. Thanks Catherine.
Sarah May is such a fabulous employee. She was so accomodating and provided fabulous professional advice about my piercing. Will definitely be returning
I regularly get waxing done here. I have some looser skin after significant weight loss, but Sarah May is absolutely fantastic and takes the time to make sure everything is done correctly. Salon is clean and the staff are friendly.
Whatever you do don’t see Emma for a waxing service. I saw her for a bazillion and she burned my skin off with ultra hot wax. I’m still applying burn cream to my bum and labia. Also when she does regular waxes on your legs she doesn’t pull the skin tight and just pulls the strip up to the air. This results in broken hairs all over the legs rather then actual hair removal. I will never attend this clinic again.
