I have been going to Jess who works here for ober a year now for brazilian and leg waxs... She is amazing and could not speak more highly of her. Hardworker, friendly and does a great job everytime. So the 5 stars to her... I also have seen other staff who answer the phone and get them to wait while they talk about personal things for at least 10min... i was shocked really. Such a pitty i see these things when Jess is so amazing.

Got my seconds done and they're very uneven. My sister also got hers done here and they messed up her helix piercing, now she can only wear certain earrings in it. Not going back again

The brow wax treatments are fine and the therapists I've had have always been good but there is absolutely no personal service here. After 2 years of coming here once a month, I still have to give my full name and what I'm having done at every session (which is always the same). Its a shame because it's close by for me but I won't be returning anymore. Instead I'll find somewhere where I am valued.
