Ripped me off for over $250, claiming that deposit I've left for IPL was under previous management and I can't get it back! How ridiculous. 
Other than that, standard service - nothing special. Few girls very friendly and professional, others, well...less. Even though I had booked appointments at set hour, sometimes had to wait for 15-30 minutes (to get my 5 minute service).
NOT RECOMMENDED.

I Love coming here! The girls are so friendly, helpful and professional! 
My experiences at Innaloo have all been wonderful and I always leave there feeling a million dollars. I see Tracy for my brows and peels and her work is always impeccable and so consistent - I wouldn't go anywhere else!

Had my daughter's ears done, good service up front on the day. We had it done on the Saturday knowing that they'd be open on the Sunday (according to their website and own voice mail message) should anything happen with the piercings. Unfortunately one earring came out over night and we couldn't get it back in and it seems no body showed up to work today and the store remained closed and the phone unanswered. 

So yeah, the initial appointment was fine, but I wouldn't recommend them should you expect any follow up support / service.

There was a lady I spoken at the reception area todat. Chubby and blonde. She has a terrible service, very sarcastic and rude. I have no agains't with essential beauty because I always do my service with them but not in Innaloo again.
