I recently had the pleasure of purchasing an X3 30i from Essendon BMW, and I want to extend my special thanks to Lee for making the experience outstanding. Lee was welcoming, attentive, and incredibly knowledgeable. He dedicated almost half a day to show me the car and all its features with great patience and professionalism. The dealership staff were also very friendly, continuously offering us coffees throughout our visit. I must say, the customer service at Essendon BMW was exceptionally great, especially compared to my past experiences with Toyota and Jeep dealerships.
