Fantastic. We stayed three nights in a lovely, welcoming, well equipped two bedroom unit. It was fresh and modern, very clean. Late check in was easy, the service efficient and friendly. Park staff very friendly and helpful. Great rates. Check out was caring, asking how everything was and if we will come again and that is a 100% yes from us. Thank you
The owner was very friendly and welcoming. The Superior Family Room is very spacious. The rooms are very clean. Importantly, it's quiet except someone always closes the fly screen door very loudly in next door. Love the place and I would love to go back again one day.
We made the reservation without expectations because the place has a very attractive price. However, to our happiness, the chalets totally surprised everything we were expecting. One of the biggest I've ever stayed in, very clean, organized and with a great layout. Extremely complete, with full kitchen, living room and kitchenware. I recommend everyone who is in doubt to book a room here, it's really worth it.
This park is fairly new and is well set out. The pool, camp kitchen, and recreation room and areas are just top class and the best we have seen. The roads could be a bit wider, although we had a great site and had no trouble getting our caravan on site. The amenities blocks are so clean. The laundries......some of the washing machines and dryers are out of order....which is not good when this park is so busy. Apart from that, we are really happy that we came here. It's beautiful.
We were really disappointed with the heritage family accommodation. Effectively a kitchenette with 2 bedrooms and a bathroom. No space to sit as a family of 5 inside or out. 2 outdoor plastic chairs looked out on a concrete wall. The rest of the park is the reason for the 3 stars - nice and small so the kids were near their cousins. The location was close to parks and other facilities but had to cross a busy road to get to them.
Very clean, friendly and helpful staff, nice cabin however check sizes if all adults travelling. Central to most things in Esperance. Walking distance from shops, about 1.2km.
Well, what a surprise! A great little caravan park, well managed by Craig and Debbie who lead a friendly team. The park is near to the centre of the town, but is only 5 min walk to the ocean side with all its attractions. The park is beautifully maintained, slightly older style facilities but absolutely clean at all times. Bonus, there is grass- green and well mowed and trees. Two camp kitchens, older style equipment, one with two BBQs. Consequently it is very popular, so book well ahead.
very rude lady on the front desk. we spend 1 night there.. on the morning the older lady at the reception was really rude when we ask her for some availability for the next few days.. pretend that our car won't fit in the spot.. but clearly fit it as we tried before go, and was plenty of space for the car.... how come a Toyota hilux cannot fit in a space ? we've been travelling for months and never seen someone that rude..
been ask to book 2 sites for a simple set-up of 1 car and small tent.. wich kind of camp site can not fit 1 simple car and small tent ? it's a basic just dodgy way to try to make money out of people's, for a very expensive price.. I haven't travelled anywhere where I've been asking to put my 2 people tent on 1 site and my car toyota on an other site so pay for 2 site..
Very small sites in general.. not suitable for tent. The unpower sites are even smaller.. almost can't fit a tent. How they can justify such high price for this type of site ?? Drive about 5min away to other holiday park and for the same price you will find better amenities and bigger sites !
