The whole experience was amazing. Highly recommended. Tracey was our game master and she was so lovely. Our group did cabin in the woods. It was atmospheric and creepy, really threw you into the scenario. We all had a great time and trying to figure out all of the puzzles was lots of fun. We're already planning to book the other rooms on offer as this one went so well.
A brilliant venue and thing to do. Staff were friendly and helpful. Nice comfortable waiting room with sofas to wait for the rest of our group to arrive/finish their own escape rooms. Also have free lockers to hold your personal items in no phones allowed in the rooms obviously! Very efficient and friendly staff made the experience really easy, enjoyable and straightforward for us newbies! We did the cabin in the woods room. Really enjoyable with some thrills and BOO! moments too to keep you on your toes. Good levels of difficulty and the game keepers are always watching and there to give you hints if you need them. Overall would highly recommend
Apologies for the late review. We want as a two player about two months ago and it was a really great experience. The actors and the manager were very believable and very good at what they do. I will definitely be back to try other rooms . See you soon thank you great team, Great experience!
Me and 3 friends did the nightmare room tonight. Absolutely awesome experience. The host was friendly and helpful. The puzzles were tough but we got clues just as we needed them to be able to escape. The rooms were cleverly thought out and it was fun from start to finish!
Excellent escape room, & excellent business. We've done 3 of their escape rooms now, & can't wait to do more. The scare actors were extremely impressive & convincing, & the rooms were very immersive & well designed. The staff are lovely & welcoming, & we always have a pleasant experience at Blackout. We unfortunately didn't manage to escape this room, but the experience was still highly enjoyable & I would recommend it to any escape room enthusiasts who like a good scare!
Great Experience! Our host Tibi was very friendly and helped us throughout the game. We chose the nightmare escape room. It was by far the scariest escape room we had been to. It was made even better with the live actor and jump scares. This wasn't a boring single room experience, it had multiple rooms and frighteningly dark tunnels to crawl through. Overall we had lots of fun. Would definitely recommend!
Really great atmosphere and so much fun. We took our 3 boys age 10, 12,and 15. The youngest did get a little scared but throughly enjoyed the whole experience. The puzzles really kept us guessing and with 9 minutes to spare we had found out way out. The whole team made it a fantastic event. Thank you so much, can’t wait to come again!
Had a great time here playing all 4 rooms. Nightmare is fantastic - best scary game I've done. Candy shop was a lot of fun and would be excellent for a first escape room, particularly if you have kids. Hostage and Cabin are both great games with some inventive puzzles and cool theming. The standout feature was the staff Darren, Tibi and Isabella, who were really friendly and accommodating throughout our experience. Highly recommended!
Soooo much fun doing the candy shop room with a bunch of 10/11 year olds. Our host Isabella was fantastic and the room was really really good fun. Challenging enough that we needed some clues but we did manage to get out in time.. just! A great introduction to the world of escape rooms for kids! Can't wait to do another one here!
One of the best escape rooms I’ve ever done, my partner and I thoroughly enjoyed it. We will definitely be back and I hope we have the same guy again. I think his name was Ian or maybe Alan, legend!
