Chocolate mousse cake, wow. It was fabulous, so light and fluffy. It was such a pleasure dealing with the team, the team were fabulous. Sure there could be things to be improved in the process but the service was great and the team pleasant and professional. Price was great too.
Friendly staff, large selection of bread, cakes and pastries, however expensive products. $6 for a sausage roll which was quite small and $6.30 for a meat pie. No eftpos available, large sign at checkout states cash only - I find this very inconvenient as I never have cash on me. After talking cash out at the ATM I went there with $20 hoping for 2 sausage rolls and 2 pies which I can get at other bakeries, but could only afford to get 2 sausage rolls and 1 meat pie. I usually give this bakery the miss because it’s cash only. Their products are tasty but I can get better value for money at other bakeries.
Disappointing how small the sizes are of the French vanilla slices and the increase prices has all become to expensive and still no eftpos, cash only buisness.. this bakery is becoming too expensive!!
Best Vanilla slice mille feuille in Canberra tel know, I couldn't have a photo because it was delicious and ate it fast hahaha price $$ was 5.50 I recommend a visit daily or weekly tasty
I used to go here all the time when I was a kid and I loved it, but now that I’m older I’ve stopped going since they still don’t accept card. I mean come on, it’s 2022. Every business should accept card by now. There is no excuse.
I ordered 2 beef pies and a curry pie and then they said they didn’t have curry pies so I got a chicken pie instead which is fine and all but then when me and my family started eating the pies they were all curry pies and not nice ones
I frequently visit for the fresh bread and range of other products. Prices are reasonable and the quality is amazing. The sausage rolls are the best I've ever had and there's a great selection of pies to choose from. There's a variety of rolls/buns and the Vegemite scrolls could be the best on the planet. Our other favourites are the lamingtons, chocolate snakes and custard tarts. Looking forward our next visit
Guys you are an example of businesses rorting the current times of inflation and supply issues. $6 for a custard tart, $6 for a sausage roll and operating cash only. Those prices are by far the most expencive ive seen and the sausage roll for the price was poor. I understand you need to survive but dont do it by taking people for a ride and making your business look silly.
Great bakery with a good variety of savoury and sweet things to nibble on
Mostly good but today the lady serving was putting bread rolls in bags with her bare hands, then wiping the flour on her black clothes before taking money....yuk!!!.
