Great customer service! Done in a timely manner, better prices than other places nearby and great advice given as well. Definitely recommend.
I went in to get my phone repaired in July, I needed a new screen and a new battery, the lady suggested it asked if I wanted the back fixed too, which I said yes to. We picked up the phone and I was happy with the repair. A month later I applied a pop it on to my phone at the back, did not press firmly, and the back of my phone cracked through! We went back to ask what they can do for us, but straight from the start, the lady knew what we went in for; and tried her best to say no, to no repair or refund. I find it extremely premature for a gphone that had been repaired by this company, to fault so early or so soon after the repair, there is no way that a repair should crack that easily and so soon. She said it came under physical damage, so they could not do anything for me. I don’t understand how my phone broke so easily in one month. I will not go back to this Ty lady, this business and I advise anyone not to trust this lady and her business. At all What I find hilarious is how you you are now trying to make yourself look like the victim, when clearly, me, the owner of the phone DID NOT snatch your phone from you, please stop lying to the public. I did not threaten you at all, you know this is true. One thing I am not, is a liar, and I did not lie about my phone being damaged or cracked by dropping. I put on a pop it, and it cracked, not even pressed down hard and it cracked. I haven’t been to anyone to get this fixed as I want to test how genuine these parts are that you put on other peoples property. If this is not genuine, under the fair trading act, you’ve sold us a part that isn’t genuine; or installed correctly: I came in to your store with the utmost respect, you however have no idea how to treat your customers with customer service. Bad experience. Will let others know about your service, and how your part didn’t even last a month!!
Kay is so friendly to deal with and she has been so diligent and very knowledgeable. Kay fixed both my Apple Watches and she always rung me with an update. It’s hard to find find cost effective with quality of service, but you can at Ere repairs
Got repaired my son's iPad screen the same day. The lady handling the repair was humble, knowledgeable, and skilled. She patiently addressed my concerns about data loss during the repair process. Despite the iPad being badly smashed, it looked brand new after the repair, and they even provided a free glass protector. I highly recommend this place for their excellent service and expertise.

I got my Macbook Pro screen repaired on the same day at Erepair N Spares. The staff was professional and polite. I highly recommend them! Their thorough device diagnosis before and after repair, along with a full dust cleaning of the motherboard, left my device feeling like new.
I have been here 5 times first time was great experience the rest bot so great. My devices keep having issues and the lady says its the manufacturer issue i took it back to the store and there is absolutely nothing wrong with the battery not to mention ive only had it for 3 months and i had her replace the screen to which its 3 weeks since having it replaced and the screen has come away and shes saying the battery is swelling and needs replacing it seems she keeps finding something different that needs fixing same thing with two phones i have had her fix the screens and she argues with me instead of finding a solution $2200 down the drain i highly don’t recommend and also if you use after pay to pay for repairs she charges a surcharge fee when speaking to afterpay business owners who agree to have afterpay as an option of payment are not allowed to charge a surcharge. Her famous lines are im only human well lady i could understand that the first time bot the second third and fourth. Bad experience
