WOW. There is no patient liason team. These "Lovely" replies from the hospital are just a front to make customers feel that "everything is okay". Concierge made up every excuse for me not to speak to the manager from, she's on sick leave, to she has resigned from her job. No problem of mine was resolved.

I recently had an operation at the Epworth and both the anaesthetist (Andrew) and the surgeon (Glenn Guest) were very informative and reassuring about my procedure. All the nurses were fantastic. The level of care and the comfort of the room was very high. I felt as though I was in great hands the entire time. The facility itself is modern, technologically advanced, spacious and very clean. The food options and quality were also very good compared to other hospitals. Overall, a truly exceptional hospital. Thank you all!

Excellent new hospital for Geelong and surf coast. However, $25 parking fee is a bit much.

First class treatment and care. Terrific staff who all told me about how much they love their job. Well done to management and health professionals.
