Very clean and beautiful atmosphere. Staff was incredibly helpful and ensured the best dining experiences. The restaurant itself was tidy and well presented. The food was a tiny bit overpriced however nothing too extreme. We ordered a few starters, the garlic prawns and the calamari and it was served fast however the calamari was average , the prawns however were perfectly cooked and definitely fresh. For our mains, we ordered a steak and the portion of the steak itself was decent, but the potato and seasonal vegetables, the portions were very little. The ragu pasta was also a decent size, however we were expecting a pasta with a sauce or some sort of dressing for added flavour. We did have a few questions, for example why our pasta didn’t have any sauce, and our confusion was politely answered by staff and was explained that the pasta itself is meant to be like that and that’s it’s specialty. They were very nice about it and explained how it is made and served, which we appreciated and learnt from. Recommend this place to people a bit more older and anyone who wants to have a nice dinner out and enjoy some alcohol with their friends or family.
They take dine and discover vouchers. Food was delicious service was great too. Went a second time was not great. Steaks were not cooked they came out medium rare when we asked for well and then came back hard as a rock. Disappointed second time round.
Food was fantastic and staff was accommodating for my vegan partner. The serving size was awesome as well. Waiter was a little slow with orders and drinks and pretty much all of it, but being outside on a busy Saturday I assume it is to be expected for such a large restaurant. Was super happy overall as always! Thanks for having us. Food: 5/5
These people are great. The variety of different staff checking in on us making sure everything was fine. They were at almost full capacity and still managed to keep the service perfect and the food was perfect. I have eaten here many times and have never had a bad experience. But this time I really felt the love and service of this place and I highly recommend. I think the management of this place is doing a perfect job
We got takeaway on a very busy Friday night. The gentleman who took our order was very friendly and answered our questions about portion sizes. In the end, we ordered a main, an appetiser and a garlic bread between two people. We were very happy with the portion sizes to feed two people who were moderately hungry and our takeaway arrived in a timely manner. The Gorgonzola gnocchi was AMAZING! It cost us just over $30 and we everything was delicious.
As with most franchise restaurants, the hard part is the food quality control. My first visit on an early Friday evening, I didn't make a booking my fault, not their's, so I was asked if I could be out by a certain time to which I was happy to do. I was just glad they could give me a table. Booking highly recommended on Friday and Saturday nights. Menu contains what you would find in any Italian restaurants, the point of difference could be their way of presenting is different: a twist on traditional Italian cuisine. I ordered Spaghetti Aglio Olio prawn with cherry tomatoes and polenta stack with prawns. Tastes OK, both dishes lacked proper seasoning. The prawns were cooked well, which I enjoyed. Prices was on the expensive side. Service was good since I went early, they were not so busy. Staff was attentive. I find there is a better Italian restaurant in Camden that serves better, hearty Italian food, and a warm atmosphere compared to the sterile environment of Enzo's. More than likely I won't go back since I know I can get better Italian in Camden.
Wish I could give one star for food and 5 stars for service. Ordered a medium well steak and it was charcoal, sent back, waited another 25 minutes and the new one was charcoal too. Chicken schnitzel was dry and our Diane sauce was disgusting. Pasta was the only nice dish. The waitress was lovely and couldn’t apologise enough. Won’t eat here again!!!
Food is ok - when you receive it. I ordered a pasta which must have been forgotten off the order, then waited 40 minutes for it, only to see one of the waiters walk around the entire restaurant aimlessly for 5 minutes looking for the right table trying to give it to people, and then to have the audacity to bring it to me after all this. Advised I did not want a cold pasta with half the restaurants breath on it and a new one never reached my table. The food generally is nothing incredible, just basic pastas and risottos with minimal flavour. The entrees are usually much better than mains or pastas in my opinion. One star goes to the kids menu, lots of variety there pasta, pizza, nuggets, grilled or battered fish, grilled chicken, chicken schnitzel + more.
Came here for my birthday last night and unfortunately left disappointed. Give this place a 4/10. Medium-well Rib Eye and Eye Fillet were tough, daughters chicken schnitzel was dry. Salads were heavily drenched with Olive Oil. Chips were average. Lemon Lime and Bitters were ok. Garlic Cheese Pizza narrowly saved this place from a lower score. $150 down the drain Won't be in a hurry to return.
We had the lasagne and the risotto Pollo. Both were good and cooked well. My risotto was served on a flat plate which was different to the bowls I normally get it served in. The staff were nice, the place is nice but every time the front door was opened a strong cold gust of wind blew in and made it a little uncomfortable. Service was fast and there was plenty of seating inside and outside.
