Went there to get my nails done (sns) and the service was lovely but the quality of the nails not so good, after they finished my nails there was still some sns on my cuticles and skin, the nails then started lifting off 3 days later so a week after getting it done I went back to get it fixed showed them my nails and explained they had to be fixed then I was seated and the service was terrible and rushed I could see the lady doing my nails had an attitude with me. After they re-did my nails I went up the front to walk out the door and the lady whispered in my ear this time it’s 50% off so only $20 but if it lifts off again we won’t do sns we’ll do acrylic because your nails are too thin; whispering so the other customers don’t see she’s charging me to fix their crappy nail job. She then proceeded to charge me money to fix their mistake. When I got home I noticed that it was the same crappy job they did before except worse with sns all over my cuticles and skin and my nails weren’t even shaped properly and there are dents in my nails because she didn’t file it properly so it would be smooth and even. So I had to file all the sns off my cuticles myself and I will never go back there. Please note I’ve been getting sns done for 5 years now somewhere else and have never had a problem or had them tell me my nails aren’t suited for the product.
