Technician came out on a job. Was asked about setting up another workstation plug in a network cable, install antivirus; shut up and take my money. The technician Refused to engage meaningfully Or provide support in this regard. Treated his lady customers like fools. I contacted the office, a man answered the phone and asked me “who’s this?” “Where are you calling from?” before I was even able to introduce myself properly. The over the phone manner was so jarring I was genuinely confused. I got to speak with the owner who was unhelpful, rude and justified the behaviour of his employees. These guys must not need local businesses supporting them. I’m not exaggerating. Horrible horrible horrible.
