It's a nice pub, we came on Tuesday night and it was very quiet. Our meals were very good, the bar staff attentive and friendly. Other nights are a lot busier, but if you want a quiet no fuss place, a good meal, a Tuesday night will tick the boxes.
All I can say is yummy!!! The new bistro at the tavern is awesome and have not been disappointed with any of the meals I have had!! The pasta is just one of the standouts for me and the chicken wings the service was also excellent!! Hats of to the new head chef!!!

Apparently when you come from dinner across the road you arnt allowed to be served at the bottle shop? The security guard had no answer not even that I was intoxicated other than it’s responsibility which makes no sense.
Stopped in for lunch the $12 lunch special is great value! we had 3 x steaks cooked perfectly medium rare, 1 x schnitzel and 1× spaghetti Bolognese all 5*. Friendly and attentive staff. Undergoing renos and toilets lose the fifth star
