EnergySA were fantastic to deal with at all stages of the process including the sales team, the installers and the follow up by the office team at the end of the job. The work was very professionally done and the installers were flexible in working around other trades that were being done at the same time on the house build. Great support and team! They helped me through a bunch of the hoops of getting solar in our building. Pleasant process from initial solar planning, financing, installation and very good handle on things and general support even when problems occur. I would thoroughly recommend Energy SA to anyone who needs a solar system installed. The installation crew they sent out were also really professional and walked us through each component of the system and what to expect. Special mention to Jodie who helped me through a lot of the difficult points in the setup, installation and financing, and Sam who helped us plan the system of our dreams even on our small townhouse. Great experience having Energy SA plan and install my solar system. Robby demonstrated exceptional knowledge about the latest PV Panels and system setup. Working through what I wanted and designing a system that would work on 3 different roof orientations I’m extremely happy with final solution. Recently had our solar set-up revamped. 42 panels and a Tesla Battery. Replacing a very old system. The team at Energy SA were outstanding from start to finish. Sam was very helpful in explaining what would best suit us, and was always responsive to further questions. Daniel in the office was great. We found this company to be completely genuine and trustworthy beginning with company principal Robbie at our initial contact and thereafter right throughout all of its staff through to install and where required proactive after sales service. Never any hard sell, simply informed and very qualified and knowledgeable advice at our time and pace, listening to what we wanted to achieve and willing to take as much time as we wanted over several visits to discuss all suitable options resulting in a high quality system tailored to our needs. We recently had a Tesla Powerwall installed and couldn't be happier with the service from Energy SA Solar. I appreciated the prompt and respectful service from all involved. Sam provided all the information I needed to make the best decision on battery type and what it would achieve. He was not the old style pushy salesman. Instead he inspired confidence and gave me time to make my decision. Jodie and the team made it easy to apply for the rebate and Benson installed the powerwall and tidied up some wiring at our house which had been bodged years ago. He explained what he was doing and consulted where options were available. He swept and tidied up afterwards.
Sam and the people at Energy SA installed our new solar system and battery a few years ago. We now have two solar systems Since then the system has been faultless in its operation. The installer did an amazing job and the panel containing the inverter and battery is a work of art. We had a minor issue, not directly relating to the system itself being that it was not recognised that I had a unused 15 amp circuit to my shed. I only found this out when I wanted to install a large piece of machinery. Due to this the fuse had to be upgraded. I spoke to Sam and he had an installer come around and rectify the issue 18 months after the initial install and the costs were covered by Energy SA. Recently the inverter on our first system developed a fatal fault after nearly 10 years of service. Energy SA is the one and only company I trust to handle the install of the new inverter that we are purchasing. My dealings with Sam and the rest of the staff at Energy SA have been amazing and I would not hesitate to recommend them to my Family and friends.
