Great communication. The fireplace size and style they recommended was perfect for our new house, and very efficient. The installation was tricky and required some alteration of our order. The crew handled it with professionalism and enthusiasm. Staff are very knowledgeable and happy to help.
Couldn't be happier with our new gas log fire. From initial sales consultation and multiple site visits for quotation to installation. I have used Energy Hothouse a couple of times now. I found their choice of stock to be great, their price was good and their installers were great. Their staff knowledge and customer service was excellent, hence why I went back to them.
Energy Hothouse were absolutely fantastic to deal with. They provided us with great advice and assistance and were a pleasure to deal with despite some challenges at our end. I would recommend them without hesitation
This is going to be fairly long pre warning Every step of the way through this process was amazing. Walked through the door and Jason blew me away with his knowledge and passion, gave it too me straight and didn't try to sales man me at all, an absolute ledgend. I walked away confident that I had all the information to make the right decision, something I can't say for other stores I've been looking at dealing with! Craig when dealing with him was helpful over the phone and everyone is super polite and professional! The installers were great I was super impressed with their communication and professionalism. Didn't leave a mess, nor a mark on a wall nothing! Spotless! I appreciated Gavin coming out first to have a look at the job and discuss the best options. I Can recommend these guys hand on heart 1000 percent. Thanks so much team! I've already been trying to convince my best mate to come and see you for his upgrade! Phenomenonal job all the way through!
Overall a bad experience with Energy Hothouse. We purchased 2 heaters in Jan 2021 and poor communication resulted in our situation only being finalised in mid-late 2022. Wrong parts were included and installation remained unfinished for over 12 months. Numerous emails and phone calls were ignored. They quoted inconsistent costs for some components, which appeared to be made up. They never once apologised for the confusion they created and couldn't manage. Overall a horrible experience. Having said that, the product is good and the installer who helped with the gyprock walls etc Michael was outstanding. The dissatisfaction is purely due to management's inability to clearly follow emails or be responsible. It was honestly embarrassing at times and I do not wish to go through that again. A number of reviews on Google say a similar thing, so I expect this is unfortunately their habit. If something goes wrong, you receive no support and they'll prioritise getting paid.
