It was my daughters first time at a dance shop and we’re so glad we came in for a proper fitting. Such a beautiful shop and Shelly was lovely the entire time. We came in to get shoes but tried on some outfits, and got to buy a couple that my daughter chose. Leotards are nice and thick, quality materials.
I always enjoy going there, the staff are wonderful, so helpful for a new dance mum. I met the owner of the business recently as she was just as lovely, it's clear why their brand is so reputable!

Excellent customer service! The store assistant looking after me made sure I had everything I needed, gave good recommendations for products that would suit me best, and had a good range of plus-sized clothing/leotards. Such a friendly atmosphere in the store!
Always fabulous customer service at both the Essendon and Ivanhoe stores. Really a standout. They always take time to make sure everything fits and the kids are comfortable in their shoes/ leotard or whatever we are purchasing. They stock everything we need and if they don’t have a size, they order it in and it arrives quickly. Even my husband doesn’t hate going to Energetiks … and that’s saying something!!
