My partner and I had a wonderful couples massage tonight with two gorgeous therapists - Vivian and Helen. The girls were so lovely and polite and their massages were so relaxing. The pressure was absolutely perfect, I just melted into the massage table! The only negative was that it went far too quickly - next time I’ll be booking a longer treatment for sure!! Kym at reception was so helpful and lovely too. Can’t wait to rebook asap! Thanks girls!
Came in today to use my voucher and treated myself to 2 hours of bliss with the rejuvenate package. The lady at reception who's name I didn't catch was lovely. Ashlee looked after me and created an enjoyable, relaxing and memorable experience. I walked away floating on a cloud, at one point I was so relaxed I nearly fell asleep, I struggle with sleep and have felt so stressed. Today was everything I needed, can't wait to return
The customer service was the most horrendous, ignorant and deceitful. I went to the store , October 2022 to enquire about the orgánics moisturiser as I already use Endota products and I was looking for an alternate moisturiser. I asked if I could get a sample. The sales girl said no we don’t have samples. I queried this as I know that Endota provide samples to try their products. I asked her “you don’t have samples or you don’t provide samples?” She replied “we don’t provide samples”. I had received a sample of the rose hip oil the previous week as I was finishing the vitamin treatment oil and wanted to try another product. Lying to customers is not acceptable. You loose customer trust and damage business reputation.
Had a voucher given to me which ended up being an ideal gift - i had close to 2 blissful hours with the delightful Caroline, who was extremely attentive to my specific needs. Booking on line was easy enough, and changes to my booking were accommodated with no issues. Thank you again Caroline and endota, I will be back!
Teresa the receptionist was awful to deal with. Do not visit this store if you want a positive experience. This person has no care for customers. Endota offered a promo for July however they were rude and abrupt when querying why they charged full price for two treatments over 60 mins. The promo code was entered online at the time of booking however they refused to honour the discount. This was the worst customer experience ever. I feel sad that Endota would employ someone who treats customers so poorly and speaks to customers like they are worthless
Came at 4:45 and they were closed and refused to help me purchase a gift card as an anniversary present for my wife, signage and online say they close at 5pm. Either the workers lazy that day or they think it’s okay to lie, either way not impressed.
Today I have had a wonderful Rest and Restore massage from lovely Payal! I reccomend this Endota Spa and especially Payal wholeheartedly!!
Had a beautiful rejuvenate package - body scrub, body massage and facial treatment by Caroline today and it was exactly what I needed. She is very caring, professional, and made my feel so relaxed. I walked out like I was walking on a cloud, will definitely come back for more treatments.
I had a treatment with Caroline on the 28/12/17. She was a real professional, very kind and so great at what she does. It was my first appointment at Endota Fountain Gate and after my experience I would definitely recommend her to friends and family. I walked out feeling stress free and amazing! Thank-you!
I had the Surrender Package a few weeks ago as a gift from my daughter and the staff member Ashlee was very professional and helpful in her recommendations re the products that would suit my skin the current very dry climate where I live of Central Australia. The package was very relaxing and and I left feeling lighter and refreshed. I’ve been using the products and find them great for retaining moisture in this Arid dry environment.
