Visited the Claremont store in October and discussed a table option. Told details would be discussed with the warehouse. We’ve followed up twice and still waiting for feedback and its December - 2 months later. Communication is poor. Go elsewhere.

The most expensive and worse delivery experience… wrong cabinet and poor service … they didn’t even check that they had delivered the correct cabinet from the truck before running out the door. Now we are stuck with the wrong cabinet for the week until this can be resolved. Seriously? $150 delivery in metro Perth? This will be my last deliverable purchase from this shop!
They took over the old Bunnings shop a few years ago and have created a huge space full of an eclectic collection of homewares. Not necessarily cheap - remember it is in the heart of Claremont - but the quality's there. Well worth a browse
Love this shop! One of my few favourite homewares shops. Beautiful range of stylish furnishings and homewares.
I am incredibly disappointed with their customer service, especially with regards to fee's attached to delivery. After not being called back regarding delivery of an order, they were unwilling to wave any further delivery fee's even though the original fee was for just transporting the goods between two empire stores. As I was spending nearly $1500 this is really disappointing. Delivery fee is one thing. Having to pay twice, and for one leg being the movement between stores, is outrageous. What's more frustrating is that staff do not have any capacity for individual decision making. At no point could they wave fees because they explained 'thats how we've always done it since I joined' You may like their stock, but what they fail to do is anything remotely like customer service that responds to changing individual needs.
Just around the corner from Claremont Quarter, and well worth the walk. Empire is worth visiting in Highgate and in Fremantle, but it is the Claremont outlet that is my favourite. They have a nice little coffee shop to help you recharge when you are shopping hard and there is a really cool range of kids toys and books that you don't find at the other outlets.
