Not impressed.  Went in looking for something specific, and despite the number of staff wandering around couldn't get any help. Went to the trade desk, and they couldn't have been more disinterested if they'd tried. More interested in chatting amongst themselves. Three staff, and almost couldn't be bothered to ask if they could help. When I did manage to get one of them to speak with me, he was very off hand. Told me aisle number and that was it. You can tell they're the only hardware store in the town. Absolutely no customer service.  Hopefully I will get better service from the plumbing suppliers on Monday.

We ordered our products online, received them and the customer service was good. However, when we couldn’t fit everything in the car we asked if we could come back for another trip. The supervisor flat out told us ‘NO’. Why? Why does refusing your customers this simple, easy request cause you such strife? If it’s that hard for him to act even somewhat courteous and professional, why would he be in the position he’s in? I do hope this was just a one-time lack of judgement and this doesn’t happen often. If it is some kind of store or company policy then I’m absolutely baffled. Thanks for the ordered products but I am definitely not too keen on coming back.

Prices aren't to bad. Wasn't overly impressed with the doggy job they did on the cubby house but we fixed it. It's cheaply made but considering what I paid for it. Hopefully my mower will be better. I love the garden centre. I could spend all day in there.

New Reno's are great and loads more stock. Always friendly service too

Great range of gear great staff. Bought a kings Esky very happy with it.
