Actually very friendly. I was passing g through town and looking for a specific adhesive. When I asked for help I was expecting g to be pointed to the adhesive aisle. I was taken there. Additionally a staff member who knows about glues was called to help. Great service thank you. And the glue did the trick!

Angry staff that just do not want to help,not a soul around to help a pensioner lift 20 kg bags. Have been with this store for more than 17 years,and will not be returning ever. Is it any wonder business especially are competing with internet trade and delivery,how much easier it is than having to deal with staffing that do not want to do what is most likely in their job description. I have driven a hour to get a key cut and because the one lady who cuts the keys is in plumbing today I was refused service. It not like I live close. I would love to know why a staff member could not releive her for 10 mins. Not Happy at all, No customer service.

Opening time says 0830. I waited until 0845. Gave up.  Trade entrance was open but they can't be bothered to open the main door.

Love this place. Some beautiful home decor and furniture. Also great plants.
