I consistently have excellent care at Emerald Medical Centre, and would highly recommend (and do) to family and friends. I love the idea of a medical home for the Hills and thrilled that they now offer Allied Health services. Fabulous idea and a great thing for our community.

Usually appointments are on time unlike many other medical centres.

Always receive fantastic service and a friendly smile upon walking in. The new renovations have updated the rooms making them modern yet comfortable. Doctors are always willing to listen and don't always jump to medical treatment, suggesting alternative ways to assist with problems if possible. Appropriate medical treatment has always been provided when required. Would highly recommend as a family doctors surgery.

I always have a pleasant experience here. I see either Dr Wong or Dr Madden who both know their stuff, however I prefer Dr Madden as he has a nicer office. The staff and nurses are very friendly. I recommend!

Staff are always friendly and understanding. I have had no trouble booking online which is easy and great. Walked in a few times too and the wait is normally quite fast compared to other practices these days!
