Very spacious. Bed was reasonably comfortable, sheets and towels clean. Aircon works well. Pool looks lovely and clean but unfortunately didn't get a chance to go for a swim. On the downside, a lot of flys/bugs in the light shades. No soap holder in the shower. Washing machine in the unit but no washing powder or availability to purchase. No complimentary water or bikkies Rooms: Rooms are spacious
Mostly clean and spacious, provided discount for last minute accommodation in a twin room. Close to hub but quiet area so easy to get a good sleep. Bed sheets etc all clean & tidy. The showers seal isn’t good and water went everywhere. Spider in corner ceiling of room and found a small cockroach in the morning.
A wonderful spacious place to stay with a clean pool to refresh after a busy day. Nice and quiet with friendly staff will definitely be back again

Apartments are modern, clean, and very comfortable. The staff are extremely friendly and although it's quite busy here, it's very quiet and peaceful. The new Indian menu at the restaurant has the best curries outside of South Asia and the staff are absolutely delightful - the best motel I've ever stayed at!
Good price. Lovely gardens and roomy family rooms. BBQ area was lovely. Close to everything. Cockroaches and mice were abundant.Rooms: 4/5

Really nice tidy modern rooms with good sized bathroom with bath and shower. Reasonable priced with comfortable bed, will be staying again next time I'm in Emerald. Didn't get to go to the restaurant or use the pool so looking forward to them next time.
Upon checking in, very difficult to talk to and abrupt. Went to the restaurant and could have possibly been the worst service ever! Served cold gravy with the steak which was not cooked to requirements, fisherman’s basket had 7 items on it and very overpriced, curries were good though. Rethink dinner options if staying there! Rooms ok. Parking limited.
It's really clean and staff are friendly. They usually close 7pm. There's a bath tub in the room, which is I'm looking forward to it.Rooms: 4/5
