Very friendly and communicative team. Took us a while due to delays on our end but we got there eventually! Thanks for being patient with us. Great service all round.
Overall experience was outstanding. Embr communicated with me every step of the way, from booking in to reminders and letting me they were close by. The office lady and Arion were both very friendly, positive people and great to deal with. The service was honest and informative and I trusted Arion to leave him in my house so I could do school pick up. They are a very decent price for the service. I would recommend and use them again.
Had an effortless experience with Embr, from my initial email inquiry all the way to the actual work on my chimney. Everyone was always nice in communications and fast with responses or follow-ups. And I want to especially compliment them on their texting app, which allowed me to communicate on everything all in once place, so that I could confirm the quote, check the status and ETA of the technician coming to my home, and even pay the invoice online, all thru the app. Really slick AND saved me a lot of time, thank you! Just had our yearly chimney sweep done by Embre Fires - Arion. He was very punctual, curtious and professional. The office was very accomodating in booking us in as I had to postpone a couple of times. They kept us on their list and followed up to make it happen. See you next year Arion!
